Abstract
In this article, the essence and classification of cash flows of joint-stock companies, as well as their movement, is considered. On the basis of market conditions to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises, the impact of inflation, tax legislation, interest rates, capital inflows on the cash flows of joint-stock companies, and measures for their improvement have been developed.
