Issues of employment and competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions
Abstract
In the article the available practical experience of work of leading universities of the republic in the field of employment of students and graduates is considered. Disproportions in the development of labor markets and educational services, caused during the period of deepening market reforms, led to an imbalance between the structure of supply and demand for labor, which caused difficulties for graduates of higher educational institutions in the search for the first job.
