VARIOUS RESEARCHES OF Grape Product Storage in Uzbekistan
Currently, in Uzbekistan, the priority task for sustainable economic development, as well as year-round provision of abortion with high-quality and safe food products, is the high-quality storage and processing of agricultural products. When storing table grapes, the main tasks are maintaining high consumer qualities that provide the product with the physical chemical and organoleptic properties of the product.
