Abstract

This article includes the economic significance, goals and objectives and practical significance of improving the quality and competitiveness of commercial banking services in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the views of foreign economists. Also, the existing problems in improving the quality and competitiveness of commercial banking services in the context of the development of the digital economy and innovative technologies in Uzbekistan were identified. In particular, scientific solutions to current problems related to the expansion of financial transparency, service culture and further confidence in the banking system were presented, and recommendations were developed to improve the competitiveness and quality of services of commercial banks.
