Abstract

This scientific article focuses on the emergence of poverty in terms of time, the definition of poverty and the description of the factors influencing it. In addition, poverty alleviation has been developed by increasing the interest and interest of the population in entrepreneurship, which is included in the "Iron notebook", "Youth notebook" and "Women's notebook".Particular attention was paid to the institutional improvement of the system to support entrepreneurship through the provision of unsecured microcredits and subsidies to citizens.
