The article analyses the integration of artificial intelligence and corporate foresight technology, the features of their use in transport and business sectors. In addition, in the era of rapid globalization in the world, the scope of the concept of artificial intelligence and foresight, as well as the future directions of development of the sector have been identified. Proposals on the use of corporate foresight and digital technologies in the transport sector of Uzbekistan have been developed. It also examines the existing gaps in the country's transport system and important aspects of the future prospects of the industry in developing the strategic plans that need to be implemented.
