Abstract

The article discusses the use of digital technologies in the banking system, the organization of innovative activities. Assessing the nature of innovation activity for commercial banks is very important in terms of understanding the bank’s overall innovation and competitive strategy. At the current stage of development, many credit institutions pay great attention to strategic planning of their activities, including innovation. Because innovation is a key tool that allows a credit institution to maintain or increase its current level of competitiveness. However, the creation of a digital ecosystem in banks based on digital technologies is not yet fully formed as an innovative development strategy. It is important to disclose the nature of the impact of innovation on the activities of a commercial bank.
