Abstract

High rates of economic growth require the development and maintenance of the necessary infrastructure. As international experience shows, infrastructure development should not be limited to budget financing. An important role in the modernization of infrastructure plays domestic and foreign investments. This article analyzes the mechanisms for attracting private investment into infrastructure projects.
