Abstract

The problems of ensuring information security of information systems of state bodies are considered. The analysis of possible threats from "insiders" against which technical methods of the solution of this problem are recognized not effective is carried out. The main object of the study is the information resources of state bodies and the process of monitoring the actions of employees who have access to them. The method of multi-criteria restriction of access to information resources in the form of conditions of horizontal and vertical restrictions for users of information systems is offered.
