Chemical Technology, Control and Management


The article discusses the mechanism of moisture removal during the processing of a deformable material by the method of instant pressure relief. It was revealed that this method allows two processes to be carried out in one device at the same time: cleaning and dehumidification. A strong influence of the pressure relief time t on the intensification of the process was established, the smaller the value of t, the higher the efficiency of both cleaning and moisture removal. The vectors of pressure, temperature, humidity gradients and their directions in each of the periods of processing and their influence on the efficiency of the processes are determined.
