This article explores the balance between religion and state in the politics of the great commander and statesman Amir Temur. It is revealed that in his political activities he was an accomplished figure who managed to incorporate Islamic law into the principles of the secular state. It has been studied comparatively that the government has followed the teachings of its teachers in the creation of just instruments and methods, and these religious and philosophical views have served as an important theoretical principle in the development of the country. This political philosophy of Amir Temur’s national statehood as a great historical and cultural legacy is the subject of much research today. It is becoming increasingly clear that the policy philosophy he has created has played an effective and positive role in the consolidation of interests, in achieving the highest goals of the people. Today, a number of sources and publications have analyzed the research that Amir Temur’s legacy has become a liberating idea in improving governance and public administration, balancing forces and interests, introducing sustainable development forms and tools, and exploring the philosophy of interethnic and interreligious tolerance.
Amir Temur is regarded as a historical figure, a great figure who understands the development of objective and subjective laws of the society, creates a perfect system for administering traditions and values in governance, creating tools that meet his needs, and introducing justice in public administration.
