A two-wave optoelectronic device with stabilization of the parameters of emitting diodes is presented, a description and a block diagram of it, as well as the results of a study to determine the optimal parameters of the device, are presented. Purpose of the work: development of methods for stabilizing the parameters of LEDs and studying the measurement errors of two-wave optoelectronic devices. By minimizing measurement errors, expressions are obtained for the optimal parameters of two-wave optoelectronic devices. The results of analytical studies are presented, the measurement error of two-wave optoelectronic devices, the conditions for choosing the value of the initial fluxes, as well as the conditions for choosing the wavelength of the reference and measuring channels, compliance with which ensures the minimization of the relative measurement error.
