SPECTRAL STOX ELLIPSOMETRY OF 3D PHOTONIC CRYSTALS UNDER RESONANT BRAGGIAN DIFFRACTION OF LIGHT
Abstract
This paper presents the results of complex experimental and theoretical studies of three-dimensional photonic crystals, performed by spectral ellipsometry, and discusses new data on the polarization parameters of light reflected from a real structured surface of photonic crystals.
