In this article, the flow rate of an ideally Newtonian, incompressible, viscous fluid along the curvilinearly tapered section of the pipe was studied. The article is based on solving the hydrodynamic Navier-Stokes equations for a laminar (viscous) flow. This version of the model considered the simplest models of a continuous medium: an ideal (devoid of internal friction), an incompressible fluid or gas under motion with small Mach numbers.
