In order to reduce the consumption of raw materials, improve the quality of knitwear due to the strong fixing of the inlay yarn in the ground stitch, structures and knitting way of inlay two-layer knitted fabric have been developed. The presence of an inlay yarn in the structure of a two-layer knitted fabric increases its thickness and reduces the volume density by 8-12%.
