Abstract

The analysis and assessment of the reliability calculation and the choice of engineering solutions for its maintenance in the operation of electrical installations of railway self-propelled rolling stock are given in the paper. An example of solving a practical problem using the standard and special methods of the theory of reliability and optimal solutions is considered.
