The analysis of low-temperature photoluminescence (LTPL) spectra of crystals is widely used to improve the methods of non-destructive testing and diagnostics of crystalline and polycrystalline semiconductor structures based on them. In this case, it is of particular importance to study the spectra of exciton luminescence (EL) as the most sensitive and direct optical method, which makes it possible to obtain the finest and most reliable information on defects in a semiconductor material.
