Problems and Perspectives in Pharmaceutics and Drug Discovery


For the first time amino acids’ composition of sedation fluid extract “Flegmen” was studied by HPLC method. As a result of analysis it was determined that the given sedation extract contains 18 amino acids, 8 of them are irreplaceable. It was determined that among amino acids of tea the glutamine acid which is used for the treatment of central nervous system diseases is dominant.
