Problems and perspectives in pharmaceutics and drug discovery

Abstract

It is revealed, the 1–(4–dimetylaminophenyl)–6,7–dimetoxy–1,2,3,4–tetrahydroisoquinoline (F–24), a alkaloid possess marked inotropic effect and depending on dose (10–60 micromol/L–1) and stimulation (0,5–3 Hz) rate modify contractile activity of rat papillary muscle. It is shown, that negative inotropic action of F–24, may be a modulation of activity of sarcolemmal Са2+L–channels.
