Studies have been carried out to develop the composition and technology of sticks, and HPLC tech-niques have been developed for analyzing the quantitative content of active substances in antimicrobial sticks. As a result of the research, the optimal composition of the sticks was selected. The determination of the active substances content showed that the developed methods allow to assess objectively the content of clotrimazole, chloramphenicol and lidocaine hydrochloride in antimicrobial sticks.
