Abstract

Defined by qualitative reactions availability of flavonoids, saponins and essential oils in liquid extract of “Flegmen”. The qualitative composition of these compounds by method of paper chromatography in system of solvents 15%- acetic acid with the subsequent visualization 1%-spirit solution of aluminium chloride is carried out. For in-depth studying component composition of liquid extract of "Flegmen", the method of high-effective liquid chromatography is applied. Detection of these compounds indicates about completeness extraction the basic actual substances in liquid extract, that allows to judge correctness the chosen technology of extraction.
