Philosophy of Culture and Arts of Central Asia

Who Can Submit?

Anyone may submit an original article to be considered for publication in Culture and Arts of Central Asia provided he or she owns the copyright to the work being submitted or is authorized by the copyright owner or owners to submit the article. Authors are the initial owners of the copyrights to their works (an exception in the non-academic world to this might exist if the authors have, as a condition of employment, agreed to transfer copyright to their employer).

General Submission Rules

The materials submitted to the Editorial Board should not be published in other publications or reviewed in other publications. The material provided by the author for publication in this form is guaranteed on behalf of all co-authors and the organization where the work is performed. Articles accepted for publication should not be reproduced in any other language without the written permission of the editorial board. The author must confirm that he or she has read and agreed with the journal's ethical standards. Language, structure and content of the article Articles are accepted in Uzbek, Russian and English. The article should be written in a language that is accessible to the general public, with grammar rules. The article should reflect the final solutions or stages of a particular research. The title of the article should be brief and concise, informing the content of the article. Requirements for the acceptance of scientific articles: - universal decimal classification (UDC); - the title of the article (in three languages); - annotation (in three languages); - keywords (in three languages ); -Introduction, problem relevance and references to resources; - results of analysis and examples, illustrations; - the conclusion; - list of used literature; - information about the author (s). The use of commonly used terms in the article, when introducing a new term, is of course justified. Units of physical sizes must comply with the International System of Measurements (SI). Articles previously unpublished are accepted in the journal. It is recommended not to overestimate the number of the author`s references to the work, but should be no more than 20–25%. If there is an increase in the number of references, they should be justified. The editorial office has a negative view of copying and plagiarism. Therefore, the authors are asked to take the job seriously and to adhere to the rules of reference: remember to put a bibliographic reference in square brackets.

Formatting Requirements

The title of the article, the author (s) and his / her position, academic degree and place of work, annotation, keywords (in three languages) are written in one column. The rest of the article is written in two columns. The article should be written in the MS Word 2003–2010 text editor and rigorously compiled according to the following indicators:: • A4 format; • 2 cm at the edges of the text page; • In the Times New Roman font; • font size 12 - excluding images and tables; • font size for tables - 10; • the range spacing is 1.15; • text is flattened across the page width; • Parent head - 1 cm (without using Tab) Not allowed: • page numbering; • Use page autocorrect for text; • use automatic links in text; • automatic syndication; • the use of rare or abbreviated letters. Tables are written in MS Word. The table number and name of the table are written at the top of the table. See Annex 3. Graphic Materials (colored drawings, diagrams, photographs) should include generalized research materials. Graphic materials should be of the highest quality and, if necessary, the editorial may require the submission of these materials in a single file in a jpg format of at least 300 dpi. The name and number of the graphic material should be given below. See Annex 4. Formulas and mathematical symbols must be executed in a format editor installed in MS Word or using the MathType editor. See Annex 2. Tables, graphic materials should not leave the specified area. Keywords (in Uzbek, Russian and English) - 5-10 words and phrases. Keywords and phrases are separated by commas. The cited words must reflect the subject matter very clearly. Annotation (in Uzbek, Russian and English) - the volume of annotation should be 200-250 words and should be in the form of information that briefly describes the structure of the article. When annotation is translated into another language, the meaning and content must match the original text. The amount of annotation may exceed the number of words specified. Introduction. The introduction describes the relevance and object of research. An analysis of scientific articles published by world scientists is provided. Confirming the absence of scientific research in the sources of published literature, it should be mentioned that the work of the authors is based on which the scholars' work. The list of references should be at least 20 sources, excluding hard-to-find and regulatory documents, as well as links to Internet resources (periodicals are not included). Textbooks and manuals should not be included in the list of literature. Many publications should be open and understandable to English-speaking international readers. There are strict requirements for the importance of resources. Issue. What official documents were the author relying on to solve the problem and what issues were planned to be addressed. Method. The method chosen is described in detail. This method should be easy for other researchers to understand.

Culture and Arts of Central Asia does not assume copyright from the copyright holder.

Attribution and Usage Policies

Reproduction, posting, transmission or other distribution or use of the article or any material therein, in any medium as permitted by a personal-use exemption or by written agreement, requires credit to the copyright holder.

Personal-use Exceptions

The following uses are always permitted to the author(s) and do not require further permission from Culture and Arts of Central Asia provided the author does not alter the format or content of the articles, including the copyright notification:

  • Storage and back-up of the article on the author's computer(s) and digital media (e.g., diskettes, back-up servers, Zip disks, etc.), provided that the article stored on these computers and media is not readily accessible by persons other than the author(s);
  • Posting of the article on the author(s) personal website, provided that the website is non-commercial;
  • Posting of the article on the internet as part of a non-commercial open access institutional repository or other non-commercial open access publication site affiliated with the author(s)'s place of employment (e.g., a Phrenology professor at the University of Southern North Dakota can have her article appear in the University of Southern North Dakota's Department of Phrenology online publication series); and
  • Posting of the article on a non-commercial course website for a course being taught by the author at the university or college employing the author.

General Terms and Conditions of Use

Users of the 2030 Uzbekistan Research Online website and/or software agree not to misuse the 2030 Uzbekistan Research Online service or software in any way.

The failure of the copyright holder to exercise or enforce any right or provision in the policies or the Submission Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any term of the Submission Agreement or these policies is found to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Submission Agreement and these policies remain in full force and effect. These policies and the Submission Agreement constitute the entire agreement between 2030 Uzbekistan Research Online and the Author(s) regarding submission of the Article.
