Abstract
This article analyzes the experience and achievements of clusters in developing countries and successful achievements in tourism. It describes the processes, stages of development of relations between tourism entities in competitive market conditions and emphasizes the role of government agencies in cluster formation. It also highlights the objective need for the national economy to encourage and develop the clustering process.
