Abstract

The article analyzes the research of the semi-empirical method, the dependence of the short circuit current density on the non-ideal coefficient of the current-voltage characteristics of solar cells prepared on the basis of amorphous semiconductors. It is shown that with an increase in the value of the nonideality coefficient of the current-voltage characteristic, the short-circuit current density of solar cells decreases.
