Abstract

The causes for transient occurrence in asynchronous electric motors installed on drives are given in the article. Scopes of two-speed asynchronous engines with pole-changing windings are presented. The dynamic modes of the applied two-speed engines haven’t been studied yet. Nowadays the two - speed engine's dynamic modes in use haven’t been studied yet. Two-speed asynchronous engine of mark 1LA7163-4/16AA60 of an elevator drive in operating modes with no load on a shaft and at start-up about 40 Hm load and second gear change have been taken as an object of the research. Curve changes of stator's current, speed, the moment and loss of capacity depending on time are shown.
