The article discusses the optimal planning of power system modes in conditions of the partial uncertainty of the initial information. It is shown that for the optimal planning problems of the long term and short-term modes of power systems, partial uncertainty of the used initial information is typical. The existing methods and algorithms for solving such problems, which designed mainly for the use of deterministic initial information, are presented. An algorithm for optimal planning of power system modes with partial uncertainty of the initial information about buses loads is proposed. The results of the computational - experimental research of the described algorithm effectiveness are presented.
