Abstract

Road users cost was investigated and calculations are made using software developed by the world Bank HDM 4 RUC which was adapted to local conditions of Uzbekistan. There is relationship between type of vehicles and road surface condition which evaluated by international roughness index IRI on road user costs. It was revealed that with increase in roughness index, road user costs are proportionally increased.
